Path of Exile 2 is delayed by 3 weeks

Hi everyone,

Today, it was announced that Path of Exile 2 will be delayed by three weeks, with the new release date set for December 6 (originally November 15).

The delay is due to challenges with the game’s IT infrastructure. One of the promised features is cross-compatibility for all previous microtransactions between Path of Exile 1 and Path of Exile 2. This requires a complex integration of player accounts across multiple platforms, making it a major undertaking.

Given that it’s only a three-week delay, the developers are likely close but need more time to ensure this feature is thoroughly tested and stable for launch.
